Deep Cleaning Services
At Keen 2 Kleen we offer an exclusive deep cleaning service to all commercial premises in Birmingham. We will provide a intensive 6-9 hours deep clean of prescribed area. We provide equipment and staff only.
We do not provide industrial kitchen or ventilation cleaning services to shops/restaurants. We only clean front of house or back of house including toilets or small communal kitchens for staff.

Our cleaning contractors will ensure that your outlet is looking beautifully clean and presentable. They work professionally and under your desired time-scale as agreed in your contract or verbal agreement. Our overall goal is to ensure your outlet is looking great and that you do not have to worry about cleaning again. The responsibility is ours.
We encourage team working at most of our commercial premises to ensure that staff can support each other in completing large tasks. We ensure that each role is equally divided or swapped weekly. We also ensure that staff take breaks inhaling fresh air, or resting back or feet. Health and Safety Regulations and COSHH are introduced and adhered to. Staff are trained and developed in their outlets and we usually train 3 staff at each outlet to ensure no days go uncovered and business needs are not disrupted. We provide PPE equipment to staff and also a full uniform.

Q) How do you vet the cleaning contractors?
A) We ensure that our staff are DBS cleared and we provide 2 reference checks which are followed by two interviews to ensure that we work with reliable, trustworthy people. The second interview is lead by a Manager who then makes the overall decision.
Q) What additional services can be added?
A) We are able to add upholstery cleaning, window cleaning and hard floor cleaning (if required).
Q) Do you provide cleaning equipment?
A) Yes, we are able to provide cleaning equipment if needed, but usually our clients provide equipment and only pay for labour. Equipment will incur additional charges per monthly based on usages.
